This role involves overseeing significant personal injury cases from inception through resolution, advocating for clients, and working within a supportive team environment. The position provides opportunities to manage complex, high-value matters and advance your career. The expected annual compensation ranges from $85,000 to $150,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of personal injury cases, from initial intake to final settlement.
• Perform detailed case investigations to evaluate liability and damages.
• Prepare and submit necessary pre-litigation legal paperwork.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance providers and opposing legal counsel.
• Deliver outstanding client service and ensure transparent updates regarding case progress.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed attorney in Good Standing authorized to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience as a Plaintiff's Attorney.
• In-depth understanding of state laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to personal injury cases.
• Strong capabilities in research, analysis, and legal reasoning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated history of effective case management and client advocacy.
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team setting.
• Robust organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is beneficial but not mandatory.
