Overview

We are looking for a progressive Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team. Our work setting is hybrid, with some travel needed for appearances, hearings, depositions, and required in-office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers Compensation cases from start to final resolution, encompassing all aspects of discovery and litigation. Attorneys collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degree
• Member of the State Bar of California
• Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Commitment to proactive case management
