In this role, you will be an essential member of a committed team, helping to accelerate client recovery in pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to settlement. The expected salary for this position is $43,000 to $52,000 per year.
Requirements
- Must be well-organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in a comparable role, or equivalent educational background, is preferred.
- Proficient with computers and standard office software applications.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to solve problems and navigate challenging situations effectively.
- Warm and welcoming attitude.
- High school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
