Overview

We are an expanding steel service center looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative who has experience in steel, metal fabrication, or industrial sales. This position involves creating quotes, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining customer relations for our internal services such as laser cutting, plasma cutting, and heavy forming.

Requirements

• Background in steel, metals, or fabrication industry (MANDATORY).
• Capability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of sheet, plate, and processing methods (laser, plasma, forming).
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Well-organized and attentive to details.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop quotes for laser cutting, plasma cutting, and formed components.
• Review and interpret customer drawings and technical specifications.
• Engage with clients regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and service capabilities.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate scheduling and timely shipments.
• Follow up on submitted quotes and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer partnerships.
