Production and Repair Specialist

The TERREPOWER Collision business unit is looking for a committed individual to become part of our workforce. If you are interested in joining an expanding company within the automotive parts sector, we want you on our team.

Overview

Become a member of the TERREPOWER Collision team as a Production and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be tasked with inspecting and restoring automotive components to meet insurance quality benchmarks, while maintaining safety and quality assurance in a warehouse setting.

What You Will Do

  • Examine each item to identify the necessary repairs.
  • Confirm that you have the appropriate tools and supplies to restore the product to an insurance-grade standard.
  • For each repair, you may need to cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts to satisfy required specifications.
  • Make certain that quality control benchmarks are achieved.
  • Follow assembly safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and refine better repair methods.
  • Adhere to all safety standards and requirements to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment, with a focus on preventing injuries.

Skills and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in repair fabrication is advantageous, especially with plastic and resin materials.
  • Strong commitment to quality, with a deep concern for the product and your work.
  • High level of professional reliability, including responsiveness, team orientation, and the ability and willingness to work safely.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 to 10 hours.
  • Lift and move containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Capability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature changes, and to access all areas of the building without restrictions.
