Overview: We are an expanding small third-party logistics company seeking a seasoned and driven Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day activities and support our growth. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic, fast-moving setting and have strong skills in managing staff, processes, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping.
• Guide, train, and inspire warehouse personnel to achieve productivity and precision.
• Ensure a secure, orderly, and efficient workplace.
• Handle inventory systems and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to meet service standards.
• Identify and implement ongoing improvements to workflows and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Manager or equivalent position.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and nurture a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Familiarity with Extensiv software is a significant advantage.
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
