General Laborer

This position supports aerospace manufacturing operations by completing and assembling aircraft components in accordance with stringent specifications. This role demands a high level of precision, proficiency with manual tools, and a dedication to safety and quality standards within a production setting.

Overview

Assist aerospace manufacturing through the finishing and assembly of aircraft components. This is a production-oriented job requiring meticulousness and a focus on safety.

Requirements

• Must successfully complete E-Verify work authorization verification.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, trimming, and finishing activities.
• Capable of lifting weights ranging from 25 to 35 pounds.
• May require stooping, stretching, and carrying out repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

• Setting within a manufacturing or production facility.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and fumes; personal protective equipment (PPE) is supplied.
• Temperature conditions may differ depending on the location.

Work Schedule and Overtime Expectations

Regular Schedule (After Training):

• Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (includes 1 hour of daily overtime).
• Mandatory Overtime: Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Training Schedule (First 2 to 3 Weeks):

• Monday through Thursday: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (includes 1 hour of daily overtime).
• Mandatory Overtime: Friday and Saturday: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Upon completion of training, you will move to the midday shift.
