Overview

United Staffing Associates is looking for a qualified CNC and Conventional Machinist Operator to join a manufacturing firm located in Corona. This is a position that requires immediate availability for individuals who possess 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with mills and lathes to meet precise specifications.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience operating mill and lathe machinery.
• Skill in performing lathe and milling tasks according to exact specifications derived from blueprints, engineering diagrams, parts lists, and schedules.
• Competence in using grinders, metal saws, and other standard machine shop tools.
• Experience conducting quality inspections and quality control using proper tools, such as micrometers.
• Capability to update drawings by marking prints when identifying corrections from issued blueprints.
• Must follow and enforce the ISO Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ability to carry out QA responsibilities and other assigned tasks.
• Experience with preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains operational.
• Responsibility for tracking and maintaining the supply inventory.
• Ability to record actions by completing production and quality forms.
