Overview
LSG Sky Chefs, a premier airline catering company, is looking for a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead a team in a high-volume food production setting. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery. Candidates should possess a solid background in culinary or corporate catering, along with extensive experience in operations and safety management. The role requires a strong leader who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Availability to start at 1 PM or later is mandatory.
Requirements
- Two to five years of supervisory experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, leadership, interpersonal relations, and communication.
- Capability to mentor and motivate teams to meet productivity targets.
- Familiarity with key regulations, including OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA.
- Proven track record in fast-paced, deadline-oriented workplaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software.
