Requirements

• Operate production machinery for manufacturing capacitor elements.
• Carry out general assembly and production line tasks.
• Perform soldering and electronic assembly duties.
• Help with machine setup and fundamental operations.
• Inspect parts and completed components to ensure quality standards.
• Keep the work area clean and well-organized.
• Adhere to safety protocols and production guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or machine operation is advantageous.
• Experience with soldering or electronic assembly is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle small components and work with hands.
