Overview

Wholesale Shade, a company that produces custom shade sails, is seeking reliable Full-Time employees to join our second shift Warehouse Production Team. This position involves quality assurance, preparation work, staging, and shipping of made-to-order products. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience level.

Schedule

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (hours may change to 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections on custom shade products.
• Accurately measure and cut heavy fabric materials.
• Perform heavy lifting and general shop maintenance (up to 50 pounds).
• Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging, labeling, and staging items. Box dimensions vary from 18 inches by 18 inches by 18 inches to 24 inches by 24 inches by 30 inches.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist team operations to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Ability to read measurements accurately with a tape measure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior warehouse or production experience is a plus.
• Strong focus on detail, dependability, and work ethic.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
