In-Office Sales / Call Center Role (Start Immediately)

Location: In office, Encino, CA
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $20 per hour based on experience, plus Bonus (Unlimited earning potential)

Overview

This is a role that starts right away and is based in the office. It is designed for experienced professionals. Your main task will be reaching out to warm leads to set appointments for our home improvement division. The working schedule is Sunday through Thursday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm. This position is not remote.

Requirements

• Prior experience in home improvement telemarketing or appointment setting is necessary.
• A positive, energetic demeanor along with excellent communication skills.
• A desire to advance beyond entry-level telemarketing roles.
• Must be self-driven and willing to take the lead.

What You Will Do

• Contact warm leads and previous customers (no cold calling involved).
• Reconnect with interested homeowners to arrange new appointments or follow-ups.
• Assist in maximizing sales opportunities for our home improvement division.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
