Overview

Become a part of the Hometown Remodeling Team! Act as the face of a trusted remodeling brand and establish connections with local homeowners. This is a full-time role with a work schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. We provide a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, compensated training, and opportunities to advance into management positions.

Requirements

• Friendly and driven personality with a keen interest in home improvement.
• Ability to interact with homeowners and collect leads.
• Comfortable with presenting company services and organizing consultations.

Job Duties

• Serve as the on-field brand representative for Hometown Remodeling.
• Connect with homeowners and produce leads.
• Present available services and book appointments.
• Be the primary representative of Hometown Remodeling in the field.

Compensation and Benefits

• GUARANTEED WEEKLY PAY: $18 per hour plus UNLIMITED COMMISSION (average $200 to $1,000 per completed project).
