Overview

Coalition Technologies is looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to develop and manage the social media presence for global consumer brands. This role is fully remote and requires 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time. Starting hourly pay ranges from $17 to $35, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of different audience types and social media best practices to maximize engagement.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities to leverage data for developing and measuring marketing performance.
• Experience using social media management tools for scheduling and monitoring key metrics.
• At least 2 years of experience building social presence for global consumer brands.
• Experience managing social media for both B2B and B2C clients.
• Proven track record of successfully generating strong social momentum for brands.
• Practical knowledge and expertise in influencer marketing management and creating user-generated content briefs.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo, video, and text), presentation, and communication skills.
• Openness to receiving feedback and collaborating with team members.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.
• Ability to stay highly organized with strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• A reliable workstation including a fast computer, microphone and speakers, and a stable internet connection when working remotely.
