Coalition Technologies is currently looking for applicants to join its Digital Producer Training Program. This fully remote opportunity is designed to train and equip successful graduates for a permanent, salaried position as a Digital Producer. Candidates must be available to commit to 40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

We Prefer You Have

• Experience with HTML and CSS. Familiarity with PHP and MySQL is a plus.
• Online marketing experience, particularly with SEO or Google Ads.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• A confident presence and strong communication skills with authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is preferred.
• The ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• A self-driven, professional, and positive attitude.
• The capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for building a startup.
• A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and a stable internet and power connection for remote work.

Your Duties and Tasks

Your main responsibility will be learning the role of a Digital Producer while executing live production tasks for clients. These tasks include:

• Continual management of SEO and design or development accounts.
• Assistance in defining project scopes and cost estimates.
• Participation in client meetings and project kick-off calls.
• Serving as a creative liaison between clients and the internal team.
• Communicating project goals and success metrics.
• Reviewing deliverables before client submission.
• Ensuring all project documents are complete and properly stored.
• Staying informed about current industry trends.
• Upselling accounts by offering recommendations to existing clients.
• Finalizing projects and collecting outstanding payments.

Compensation: For candidates in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $15 to $25 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, performance on skills tests, and geographic location. For candidates outside these states, compensation may fall outside the stated range.
