Coalition Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This position involves direct interaction with clients and focuses on managing web development and digital marketing initiatives. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential. Requirements

You Should Have:

• Sufficient expertise to successfully complete a skills assessment in either web development or online marketing, specifically SEO or PPC.
• Strong capabilities in interpersonal communication, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a client-facing environment.
• Experience presenting professional materials to clients during video meetings.
• Background in managing projects or accounts for multiple clients simultaneously.
• A solid grasp of project management principles and tools such as Basecamp, JIRA, or Asana.
• Familiarity with web design standards, content management systems like WordPress, and e-commerce platforms.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
• A dependable home office setup with a high-performance computer, microphone, speakers, and stable internet connection.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing applications.
• Expertise in SEO and Google Ads.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Help define project scopes and develop cost estimates.
• Participate in client meetings, including kick-off calls and regular check-ins.
• Arrange internal strategy sessions to support client campaigns.
• Serve as the creative link between the client and the internal team.
• Address client inquiries within a two-hour timeframe.
• Clarify project goals and success metrics for the team.
• Review team deliverables prior to submission to clients.
• Ensure all project outputs are complete and properly archived.
• Maintain up-to-date project management software and task lists.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify new client opportunities.
• Suggest additional strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Finalize projects and secure final payments.

Compensation: For candidates located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base pay ranges from $17 to $35 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills test results, geographic location, and seniority. Outside these states, compensation may fall outside the indicated range.
