CANVASSING MANAGER (CLOSER) – BUILD AND LEAD A 10 TO 15 REPRESENTATIVE TEAM
Location: Los Angeles / Santa Fe Springs
Compensation: One hundred fifty-five thousand to two hundred ninety-five thousand dollars per year (Base Pay plus Overrides and Bonuses)
Important Note: This is a position for leaders – not suitable for those new to the field.
Overview
Our company is a rapidly expanding home improvement business based in Santa Fe Springs. We are seeking a skilled Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to create, train, and guide a high-performing group of 10 to 15 representatives. This is a field-based supervisory role intended exclusively for seasoned managers.
Requirements (Mandatory - No Exceptions)
- At least two years of experience managing a door-to-door or canvassing team.
- Background in home improvement sectors such as roofing, windows, exterior work, or similar fields.
- Demonstrated capability to recruit, train, inspire, and dismiss personnel when necessary.
- Proficient with data, key performance indicators, and performance monitoring.
- Comfortable working during afternoons and evenings.
- A valid drivers license along with dependable transportation.
If you lack leadership experience in door-to-door work, this position is not appropriate for you.
