Overview
JC Manufacturing has operated since 1989. We sell patented, OEM custom logo branded contractor-grade tools to retail stores throughout the United States. This role goes beyond basic commodity selling and involves advertising specialty and promotional product sales. You will contact Vice Presidents of Marketing, branding decision-makers, and corporate buyers to present our patented Pro Rewards program for contractor-grade tools, using a proven script and company-supplied leads.

Compensation and Schedule
- $20 per hour base salary
- Commission with no upper limit
- Weekly payments
- First-year earning potential up to $80,000 if you are a skilled closer
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- No weekends
- On-site position in Camarillo only
What You Will Do
- Conduct outbound sales calls to corporate buyers and marketing decision-makers
- Use a proven sales script
- Present custom logo branded promotional tool programs
- Send qualified samples each day to interested decision-makers
- Follow up and close orders efficiently
Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF OUTBOUND PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE.
- Experienced outbound phone sales professionals
- Individuals with strong English communication abilities
- Those familiar with promotional products, advertising specialties, branding, or B2B sales
- People able to follow structure, accountability, and a sales system
- Individuals motivated to earn income
This job is not suitable for:

- Those unable to communicate clearly in English over the phone

We sell wholesale exclusively to retailers and distributors that serve contractors in all categories, including lumberyards, roofing material dealers, plumbing and HVAC dealers, electrical dealers, and hardware stores.
