Overview

Coalition Technologies is looking for a skilled Web Designer to join our fully remote team. This role provides a competitive hourly wage and a distinctive profit-sharing arrangement, distributing up to 50 percent of company profits to full-time employees on a monthly basis. You will be tasked with developing client-specific designs, ranging from logos to complete website prototypes, within a cooperative remote setting. Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, is mandatory.

Requirements

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS basics is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm for design coupled with a solid grasp of core principles and fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating website design expertise, especially in e-commerce.
• Ability to present materials to clients in a professional manner.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• A dependable workspace featuring a fast computer, microphone, speakers, and a stable internet connection and power supply.

Your Duties and Tasks

• Creating original logos, brand guidelines, and design systems from scratch.
• Developing wireframes and website mockups for both desktop and mobile platforms based on creative briefs.
• Producing vector icons and illustrations.
• Participating in client meetings and coordinating with Digital Producers to define project objectives.
• Collaborating with copywriters, SEO specialists, and developers to shape the project vision.
• Organizing design files for efficient handover to the development team.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time while adhering to quality benchmarks.

Compensation

For employees located in California, New York, Washington, and Colorado, the starting base salary for this role ranges from $17 to $35 per hour. Compensation may differ based on experience, qualifications, skills test outcomes, and geographic location. For areas outside these states, pay may fall outside the stated range.
