Position Summary

Surf City Graphics is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to become part of our energetic wrap and print shop. We focus on vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall murals, signage, and large-format printing. This role provides a unique chance to see your creative concepts realized on vehicles, walls, and oversized prints within a fast-moving and innovative atmosphere.

Key Duties

• Develop designs for vehicle wraps and large-format graphics.
• Set up print-ready production files.
• Produce design proofs and mock-ups for client approval.
• Collaborate closely with the production and installation teams.
• Handle revisions and incorporate client feedback.
• Keep project files organized and current.
• Assist in generating cost estimates.
• Welcome walk-in customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Correspond with clients via email, phone, and in person.
• Support a tidy and orderly workspace.

Necessary Qualifications

• Extensive proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Prior experience with vehicle wrap or large-format graphic design is a plus.
• Solid grasp of print production and file preparation.
• Comfortable working in a high-speed environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a constructive outlook.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Familiarity with 3M wrap templates or vehicle mockups.
• Knowledge of large-format print production processes.
• Background in a sign shop or wrap shop setting.
• Experience with creating estimates or engaging with customers.
