Compensation: $20.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile; full benefits available after a 60-day introductory period.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, though hours may vary based on office or field assignments.

Overview

We are a social services organization looking for caring, dependable, and empathetic individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in gaining greater independence. This full-time position provides a mix of responsibilities, including direct client support within the community (specifically in the Westside and Valley regions of Los Angeles County) and performing administrative tasks at our Culver City office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is beneficial).
• A reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• A clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are an advantage).
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine motivation to support others.
• Adaptability to move between fieldwork and office duties.
• Commitment to working consistent full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
