This is a part-time, hands-on position within an expanding, women-led fashion label. The role operates in a versatile space that encompasses inventory management, order fulfillment, and retail sales. The ideal candidate thrives on a balance of behind-the-scenes organization and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Availability for three weekday shifts of six hours each, plus one potential weekend shift per week.
• Ability to be on call for occasional weekend shifts, with advance notice provided.
• Previous experience in retail or stockroom work is beneficial, though full training is offered.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, multi-purpose environment.
• Appreciation for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Stockroom and Operations: Oversee inventory, catalog items, process online orders, and ensure stockroom remains organized.
• Retail and Customer Service: Provide in-store assistance to customers, maintain the sales floor, and support day-to-day retail activities.
