Sales Service Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. No weekend or evening shifts.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour

Overview

Assume a crucial function in aiding strategic sales initiatives through cooperation with the Sales Team. Duties involve carrying out the Smart Stock program, guaranteeing adherence to policies, and delivering merchandising and sales assistance. This role is vital for advancing business growth for our clients, suppliers, and our organization.

Position Responsibilities

• Keep up a thorough call schedule with a specific list of customers.
• Implement the Smart Stock program, including racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising.
• Spot and minimize out-of-stock items on the shelves.
• Confirm that products remain fresh and conform to date code standards.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
• Guarantee plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and store compliance.
• Recognize display opportunities and enhance display placement.
• Make sure products are properly shown, priced, and labeled.
• Work with support to resolve customer challenges.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate.
• Capability to drive to client locations using personal transportation with mileage and gas reimbursement offered.
• Necessity of a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable vehicle, and appropriate valid insurance.
• One or more years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or sales.
• Willingness to travel five days each week to convenience stores and client sites.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service abilities.
• Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and ability to operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the food service or convenience store sector.
