Trade Show Assistant and Customer Relations Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Mainly based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with occasional light travel.

Position Summary

This role involves attending and supporting various trade show events, serving as a communication bridge between clients, the main office, and warehouse teams. The beginning annual compensation is set at $41,600.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in both spoken and written communication.
• Solid numerical and analytical abilities.
• Must be meticulous, well-organized, and able to collaborate effectively.
• Capable of performing efficiently under stressful conditions.

Key Duties

• Welcome and engage with both current and potential clients at trade shows to address their product requirements.
• Enter customer orders accurately into the company's database system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to assemble and ship materials needed for trade shows.
• Act as an intermediary to ensure smooth workflow between the office and warehouse departments.
