Part-Time E-Commerce Assistant – $20/hr (Anaheim)

Overview

I am restarting a small e-commerce resale business and need a dependable assistant to help organize stock and create product listings. This is a very limited part-time position to begin with, approximately 8 hours per week, but it has the potential to expand if the arrangement works well. You will collaborate directly with me to sort products, take photographs, and assist with posting items online. Most of the work will occur at a storage unit in Anaheim where the inventory is currently housed.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using a smartphone or computer
• Able to lift boxes when necessary
• Lives reasonably close to Anaheim

Familiarity with eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Amazon, or other reselling platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay and Schedule

$20 per hour as an Independent Contractor (1099), not a W-2 employee.

Approximately 8 hours per week initially, with a flexible schedule. If the business progresses, this role may lead to additional hours.

Tasks

• Organizing inventory
• Taking product photographs
• Assisting with online listings
• Sorting and labeling items
• Basic inventory tracking
• Preparing items for sale
