Overview

Deliver outstanding customer service experiences and connect customers with transformative technology. This retail sales position offers a targeted total compensation of $57,172 per year ($27.49/hr), with top performers earning over $74,455 annually. The role requires availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to achieve sales, retention, and customer experience goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
• Capacity to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn communication products and services.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds to manage stock room inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some college education with a focus on sales, business, or management.
• One year of experience in a related field (Sales, Retail, Service Industry).
• Experience selling wireless or mobile products.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $18.32 - $27.45 per hour.

Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for an annual incentive or commission target of $17,652.00. Total compensation includes a base rate plus monthly targeted commissions.
