Overview

As a crucial contributor to the Sunrun retail team, you will represent our brand in partner retail locations, engaging with prospective clients. Your responsibilities include building connections, generating excitement for our solar and battery offerings, and informing customers about clean energy options. Achievement in this position depends on your capacity to make a positive impression on everyone you meet and to proactively set up appointments to grow our clientele.

Potential Earnings

Your pay will directly mirror your contributions and effort.

• While typical earnings fall between $45,000 and $60,000 (varying by location and performance), our highest achievers can earn $160,000+ annually.
• Typical earnings in California (base salary plus incentives) during the first 12 months range from $40,000 to $60,000.
• Competitive hourly base wage and uncapped commissions for securing new solar consultations.

Requirements

• Success requires excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, self-drive, and a true enthusiasm for our mission.
• Dedication to a flexible retail schedule, which includes weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) is necessary to handle a multi-store territory.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds in a retail setting.
