Overview

Take charge of the Deli department with enthusiasm for specialty foods, driving operational excellence, product standards, and staff growth. This position focuses on meeting sales and labor goals, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in food-service management.
• A valid California Food Handlers Card.
• Strong passion and in-depth knowledge of specialty foods (including Organic, Vegan, Gluten-Free options).
• Exceptional communication and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to provide constructive guidance and inspire a diverse team.
• Competency in using email, spreadsheets, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to support department operations.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
