Overview

Cambria Bicycle Outfitter is looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to deliver professional support regarding bicycle and cycling product questions. This role is based onsite at our headquarters in Paso Robles. There are no exceptions. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service role.
• Capability to help customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Knowledge of bicycles, cycling gear, and fundamental bike sizing and setup is a plus.
• Strong abilities in issue resolution and order management.
