Overview

Become part of our retail boutique and yoga studio front desk team in La Jolla. This position merges customer service, sales responsibilities, and yoga studio management tasks. Key Skills and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality at all times.
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately while handling cash and change.
• Familiarity with Shopify and Mindbody software is a plus.
• Prepare and arrange merchandise for the sales floor.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Promote and sell boutique items, yoga classes, training programs, workshops, and events.
• Answer phone calls and provide details about yoga programs, cafe services, events, and Totem.
• Monitor and respond to emails from the primary information inbox in a timely and professional manner.
• Both give and accept ongoing praise and constructive feedback.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to store shrink reduction efforts.
• Engage with customers to encourage sales and address inquiries.
• Pack and ship web orders efficiently.

• Has prior experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Demonstrates strong customer service abilities.
• Can work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Willing to take on additional shifts and support team members when needed.

Yoga Studio Manager and Aerial Program Assistant

Overview

Trilogy Sanctuary is seeking a Yoga Studio Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee our mat yoga and aerial yoga programs, support teacher training initiatives, and manage front desk operations. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in yoga studios, wellness centers, fitness facilities, or boutique hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

Yoga Program Management

• Oversee the yoga schedule and maintain weekly room assignments.
• Arrange substitute teachers and communicate with instructors.
• Assist with teacher onboarding, hiring, and performance feedback.

Operations

• Update Mindbody schedule and monitor ClassPass performance metrics.
• Respond to student emails and book private sessions.
• Handle monthly financial reporting and track schedule adjustments.

Aerial Yoga Program

• Coordinate aerial teachers and maintain a cleaning schedule for fabrics.
• Conduct monthly hardware inspections and manage fabric inventory.
• Order new fabrics as needed.

Events and Training

• Coordinate yoga teacher training programs and schedule workshops.
• Assist with continuing education and support visiting teachers.

Front Desk and Boutique Support

• Work two to four shifts per week, assisting with check-in and customer service.
• Handle phone and email inquiries.
• Coordinate with the cafe and events team.

Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate with the social media manager and monitor online reviews.
• Support website updates as needed.
