Overview

American Factory Wheel is looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to become part of our team. This role involves selling OEM wheels, supporting customers, and managing inbound messages. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25 to $32, depending on experience, along with opportunities for long-term career growth within our family-run business.

Requirements

• Automotive experience is mandatory.
• Sales background is preferred (experience at a wheel or tire shop is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
• Must be self-disciplined and dependable.
• Must have your own transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial.

Schedule and Benefits

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Closed on weekends.
