Job Title: Powersport Service Advisor and Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Become a part of the service team at San Diego's premier multi-brand powersport dealership. We are looking for a candidate with background in the industry or customer service to fill the role of Service Advisor and Customer Service Representative. Your duties will include engaging with clients, handling service orders, and serving as a liaison between customers and technicians. Qualifications

• Experience in the motorcycle or automotive sector or a background in customer service is strongly desired.
• Capability to warmly welcome customers and establish a connection.
• Proficiency in preparing work orders according to California state regulations.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Strong interpersonal abilities for effective communication with both clients and technicians.
• Competent telephone skills to schedule appointments and generate business.
• Readiness to handle light office tasks as needed.
