Position Summary

Journeys, a prominent teen retailer operating more than 800 locations, is currently looking for a Sales Lead to support store management, develop team members, and meet sales targets. This position involves overseeing day-to-day activities, offering guidance to the team, and maintaining an energetic, welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is desired.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Readiness to learn and finish all necessary training programs.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be capable of standing for extended periods.
• Minimum age of 18 years (age criteria may differ by state).
