Overview

Gold Depot, an established leader in the precious metals sector, is looking for a highly driven Junior Sales Representative to fill a remote position. This role focuses on managing client relationships, uncovering new business prospects, and finalizing transactions in the precious metals field. Applicants must be at ease in a high-volume calling setting and with a commission-driven pay structure.

Requirements

• Precious Metals Sales: 2 years (MANDATORY)
• Two or more years of proven achievement in a sales role within the precious metals industry
• Comfortable placing and receiving a large number of calls (300 or more each day)
• Strong computer proficiency; basic familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF, and Excel
• Professional and self-assured telephone manner
• Ambitious, sales-focused personality with a drive for success and an exceptional work ethic
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and consistently courteous
• Capable of working effectively in a remote, self-directed environment
• Excellent organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial daily volume of incoming and outgoing calls
• Negotiate and finalize intricate sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability
• Oversee customer accounts for effective organization and tracking
• Collaborate with the internal processing team to ensure prompt handling of requests
• Conduct data entry utilizing Velocify CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and DocuSign
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals
