Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dog Grooming Manager for a busy, wellness-oriented dog campus. This is not a standard salon. Our focus is on calm, structured, and fear-free grooming, emphasizing skin and coat health as well as overall canine wellness.

Compensation is $28–$30 per hour, plus a 20% gratuity on all grooming services. We have strong demand and a loyal client base.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional grooming experience
• Proficiency in scissoring and breed-specific grooming techniques
• Experience handling anxious or sensitive dogs
• Preference for candidates with leadership or management experience
• Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
