Armed Patrol Officer

Job Type: Armed Security Officer (Mobile Patrol)

Location: Pico Rivera, California (and surrounding work locations)

Overview

Southwest Patrol is looking for a qualified armed security officer to carry out mobile patrol duties. This position involves collecting a vehicle from the Pico Rivera base, covering relief assignments at various sites, inspecting multiple accounts, and providing shift coverage as necessary. The officer will submit a daily shift report and inform management of any issues. This role requires immediate availability to begin this Friday.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid security guard card.
• Must possess a powers of arrest certificate.
• Must be able to communicate in Spanish.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must own a smartphone (an hourly reimbursement of $0.50 is provided for each hour worked).
• Must be capable of walking work sites hourly for checkpoint rounds.
• No tattoos on the face, neck, or head; all other tattoos must be concealed.
• No facial or offensive piercings; ear plugs are not allowed.

Shift and Compensation

• Schedule: Friday through Tuesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
• Pay is issued weekly.
• Overtime is compensated after the 8th hour of the shift.
• Restroom facilities are available on site.
