Location: Gardena, CA

Overview

Join our team at United Guard Security in a vital role. You will handle incoming calls, process information from guards rapidly, and provide precise updates to management. The starting wage is $22.00 per hour with a $500 bonus.

Requirements

• One to two or more years of dispatch experience is mandatory.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
• Capable of multitasking and maintaining composure under stress.
• Available for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekend work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background with security guard companies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch security officers to incidents as needed.
• Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Keep detailed logs and reports of incidents.
• Coordinate with field officers and management.

Schedule and Pay

Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, plus Saturday and Sunday from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

Status: Full-time

Training will be provided.
