Subcontractor / Door Installer – Earning Potential Over $100,000 Per Year

We are currently seeking subcontractors to join our team immediately.

Overview

We are the leading millwork installation company in the United States, with a strong history of stability and consistent annual growth. Our subcontractors typically earn between $75,000 and $100,000 each year.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• A minimum of five years of experience in door installation and/or trim carpentry is preferred.
• Commercial General Liability insurance with coverage of $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate for door work.
• Own a vehicle, trailer, or another means to transport materials to job sites.
• Commercial Auto insurance policy with a minimum of $300,000 in coverage.
• EPA RRP Certified Firm and EPA RRP Certified Renovator certification, including Lead Safe Work Practices training. We can help you obtain this certification if needed.
• Access to a smartphone or tablet is a plus, along with a computer and internet connection.
• Contractor licensing as required by state, county, and city regulations.
• Must supply your own tools, specifically those needed for trim carpentry and door installation.
