Position Summary

We are a reliable, compact yet efficient company with over three decades of industry experience, looking for a competent and self-reliant Handyman. The right person takes pride in their craft, respects clients, and possesses strong skills across various construction trades. Must supply own tools and vehicle (VAN or TRUCK, no car). Spanish speaking or limited English proficiency is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Must own tools and have dependable transport (VAN or TRUCK, no car).
• Significant roofing expertise needed: work with flashings, skylights, composition shingles, and tile roofs.
• Competent in light drywall, framing, electrical, plumbing, and standard handyman repairs.
• Consistent awareness and application of workplace safety and tidiness.
• Dedicated to delivering high-caliber work.

Required Tools & Gear

• All fundamental hand tools.
• Two ladders.
• Reciprocating saw, circular saw, cordless drill, level.
• Drywall finishing equipment.
