Overview

Are you seeking meaningful work with a sense of purpose? Would you like to spend your time outdoors, working with horses in a disciplined and professional setting just outside Los Angeles? Silver Inspiration Ranch is a professionally managed facility housing 70 horses, offering riding programs and therapeutic services in the Verdugo Foothills of Shadow Hills. We are seeking experienced, trustworthy, and diligent Ranch Hands who take pride in their duties and value responsibility. This is a high-accountability, structured ranch environment. We want individuals who arrive on time, follow instructions, work diligently, and take ownership of completing tasks correctly. This role is not suitable for beginners.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing physical labor
• Able to follow directions and collaborate as a team member
• At least one year of direct ranch, farm, or livestock experience is mandatory (not an entry-level role)
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols
• Background check required upon conditional job offer, in compliance with California law
• Must sign a confidentiality agreement

Candidates without prior livestock experience will not be considered. This position demands reliability, physical stamina, and verified experience working with livestock.
