We are seeking our first team member: a reliable, skilled, and driven individual ready to take control of field operations and grow alongside the business. This role offers a chance to become the owner's key assistant, delivering excellent service while helping shape a local service company from the beginning.

Overview

This is more than a standard technician role. The position is predominantly hands-on in the field, with added duties supporting daily operations and business development. We offer competitive pay of $21 to $25 per hour depending on experience, a company vehicle and tools, and a clear route to greater responsibilities.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years or older due to insurance requirements for the company vehicle.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and on roofs, as well as in confined areas such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and proven customer service abilities.
• Capability to lift, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks.

What You Will Do

• Technical and Customer Service (Main Focus - Approximately 75% or more): Inspect, clean, repair, and install dryer vent systems. Identify problems and explain solutions to clients. Safely access roofs, attics, and crawlspaces. Maintain the company vehicle and tools. Represent the business professionally, collect payments, and ensure a top-notch service experience.
• Operations and Business Support (Less than 25%): Monitor and reply to customer emails and service questions. Help coordinate scheduling. Support referral relationships and aid in local marketing efforts such as distributing door hangers, flyers, and community outreach.
