Experienced Automotive Painter Wanted – Full Time

Overview

Northridge Body Works is looking for a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team in a full-time capacity (40 hours per week). As a quality-driven facility handling 8 to 10 vehicles each week, we provide consistent workflow and a collaborative work atmosphere.

Location and Schedule

Location: 8601 Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Structure

• Base salary combined with commission.
• Payments are made on a biweekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicles from initial preparation through painting and buffing.
• Apply paint using the RM paint line.
• Uphold exceptional quality standards with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work efficiently while delivering outstanding results.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as an automotive painter.
• Familiarity with the RM paint system.
• Able to manage the full process: prep, paint, and buff.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Must be dependable and maintain a professional demeanor.
