Position Summary

We are looking for a manager to oversee a cabinet facility focused on high-end residential work, where precision and craftsmanship are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rosemead, CA, offering a pay rate of $29.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess advanced woodworking skills and the ability to lead a skilled crew effectively.

Key Qualifications

• Expert Craftsmanship: In-depth knowledge of flush inset, face frame, and frameless cabinet construction.
• Equipment Proficiency: Full command of standard workshop tools (sliding table saw, shapers, edgebander, etc.) with a strong focus on safety protocols.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of interpreting complex blueprints and fine architectural specifications to produce premier finished pieces.
• Leadership Ability: Demonstrated success in managing teams within a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience overseeing daily shop operations, sourcing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring quality standards.
