Entry Level Toyota Technician – UTI / T-TEN Graduates
Toyota of Berkeley is looking for UTI and T-TEN graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a busy Toyota dealership. We recognize the training you have already received and have created this position to provide you with the resources, atmosphere, and support needed for a successful start.
If you have recently finished UTI's T-TEN program or are about to complete it, this role offers a seamless move into a full-time Toyota dealership with clear opportunities for growth.

Career Path and Pay Progression
UTI T-TEN graduates start at the Expert Technician level and can advance through Toyota's top certification tiers as you gain experience and finish necessary training.
- Expert Technician: $33 to $40 per hour – covers core maintenance, repairs, and basic diagnostics.
- Master Technician: $40 to $48 per hour – includes hybrid systems, drivability, and advanced mechanical or electrical work.
- Master Diagnostic Technician: $50 to $55 per hour – full diagnostic authority and top pay for factory-certified technicians.

Requirements
- Completion of UTI's T-TEN program or an equivalent Toyota certified school.
- A valid driver license with a clean record.
- Reliable, willing to learn, and ready for a fast-paced shop setting.
