Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience: At least one year in general repair and maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Skills: Leadership abilities, peer technical support, strong communication, and time management.

• Manage tasks related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues.
• Track parts inventory and submit daily reports.
• Carry out additional tasks, including training and basic structural repairs.
