Overview

Regions Facility Services, a comprehensive general contractor, is looking for experienced subcontractor teams focused on commercial restaurant maintenance, renovations, and repairs. Requirements

• Current Workers Compensation Insurance (no exceptions allowed).
• General Liability Insurance.
• Demonstrated background in commercial restaurant work, including:
• FRP and custom stainless steel installation.
• Facility renovations and scheduled upkeep.
• Redecorating, updates, and remodeling.
• Kitchen overhauls and enhancements.
• Painting and wall finishes.
• Regrouting, floor repairs, and replacements.
• Exterior coatings and concrete restoration.
• ADA evaluations and corrections.
• Fire damage repair.

Teams without both required insurance policies will not be considered.

Required Documents

1. Evidence of active Workers Compensation Insurance.
2. Evidence of General Liability Insurance.
3. Details of proven expertise in the mentioned skill areas.

Key Duties

• Install and remove commercial kitchen appliances and gear.
• Complete full bathroom renovations.
• Install tile, stainless steel panels, FRP, and suspended ceilings.
• Handle related electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Manage interior and exterior facade improvements.
• Coordinate efficiently with project managers.
• Perform night work when needed.
• Travel to job sites 3-5 hours away for extended durations. This is not a local role.
