Overview

We are a Specialty Flooring Contractor with more than three decades of industry experience, seeking several qualified Epoxy/Urethane Flooring Finisher Installers to join our Southern California team. This role is ideal for driven individuals who are proactive and maintain a strong work ethic. Compensation begins at $30 per hour for experienced finishers.

Requirements

• Prior experience with epoxy work is mandatory.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Reliable transportation and a current, valid driver's license are required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Southern California (the company provides lodging along with daily and drive-time per diems).
• Documentation verifying work authorization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks such as handling materials and applying custom coating systems.
• Responsibilities include taping, cleaning, troweling, grinding, and sealing floors.
• Operate handheld power tools and other related equipment.
