A well-established general contractor in Los Angeles is creating a new high-end decorative finishes division dedicated to premium, design-focused projects. We are seeking individuals with strong craftsmanship skills who value precision, attention to detail, and high-quality outcomes. This role offers attractive pay based on experience and skill level, along with the chance to work on distinguished projects as part of a specialized team.

Scope of Work

• Venetian plaster and Marmorino finishes
• Lime-based and concrete decorative plasters
• Smooth Level 5 skim coat applications
• Custom artistic wall treatments for both interior and exterior surfaces

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in decorative plaster or premium finish work.
• Capability to produce clean, uniform, and high-quality surfaces.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding edges, transitions, texture, and polish.
