Commercial Door Foreman
Location: Los Angeles Branch - City of Commerce Area

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee commercial and industrial door installation, service, and repair. This role requires a readiness to work extra hours. The hourly pay ranges from $27.00 to $35.00, depending on experience, along with a full benefits package. There are abundant opportunities for overtime work.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience using hand and power tools.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in installing and repairing commercial coiling overhead doors.
- Experience with stick welding.
- Ability to install edge-of-dock equipment and weld bumpers.
- Electrical expertise in installing motor operators and gate operators.
- Capability to run floor loops and diagnose high-speed door issues.
- Experience using hoists or cranes for handling steel coils (training or certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with 18-to-24-gauge sheet metal properties and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to interpret drawings and utilize basic measurement tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and record-keeping.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb extension ladders.
- Experience with safe operation of scissor lifts and forklifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
