Overview

Become part of our driving team as a CDL Driver, tasked with the secure and effective transport of cargo along diverse routes. This position requires operating various vehicles, such as tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks. You will manage the prompt loading and unloading of goods while upholding rigorous safety practices.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
• At least one year of verified truck driving experience.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and specialized equipment.
• Capability to safely handle cargo loading and unloading using tools like forklifts.
• Solid understanding of safety measures and cargo securing standards.
• Strong driving abilities with a flawless driving record.
• Physical fitness to manage loads and endure extended periods on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks safely, following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload freight using proper equipment.
• Transport various cargo types, including chilled items and flatbed shipments.
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections to meet DOT standards.
• Keep precise delivery records, logs, and reports.
• Efficiently manage route driving to adhere to timetables.
• Help secure loads on different truck configurations.
